Add more to taste throughout cooking.

Instructions
Wash and remove the green tops of the tomatoes.
Place tomatoes in blender and puree.
In a large pot, add all ingredients and stir to combine.
Bring to a boil.
Let sauce simmer for a minimum of 3 hours until reduced.
We usually cook ours for about 5 hours.
Continue to check on the sauce and taste throughout. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
Once the sauce has reduced by about half and is full of flavor. Enjoy!
